International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

Local 195 Aboriginal & Workers of Colour presented an information packed event ! The speakers delivered a up to date synopsis of where we are at and drew attention to how much still needs to be done. The speakers hit home sharing personnal examples from their lives. The event felt very comfortable and inclusive. There was a percussion circle near the conclusion, where everyone worked together in syncopation and created a perfect beat !
